Michelle Przybylo

Founder & Embodiment Coach

Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a movement mentor, personal trainer, climber, artist, traveller, and human being. My roots go back to Chicago, Illinois and I currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. My mother always said I was dancing in the womb. I danced my way through my childhood and continue to dance to this day. In my youth, I found a passion for rhythmic gymnastics. This turned into a 13-year career, competing at an elite level and training for the Olympics representing Team USA. What a dream! I know. During this time, I learned a lot about flexibility, strength, mobility, and recovery. I spent the next four years getting my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and pursuing my new found love for weight training. After a year of consistent strength training, I learned that my body was not recovering the way I needed it to. I was simply experiencing too much pain to continue training this way. Today, I utilize the knowledge I have accumulated to teach people how to purposefully move their bodies with LTQ Fitness. I call myself a movement mentor because our practice is not just about getting strong and flexible, it’s about ensuring you understand your movement. Creating a mind-body connection and bringing awareness to the imbalances that naturally occur.
